Students of Lokon Senior High school are required to live in a dormitory with a purpose so that the student can learn to live independently and to train themselves to get used to live not dependent on parents.

Lokon SHS has 4 dormitory building, that is 2 female dormitory building, and 2 male dormitory building , equipped with:
- Self study room; study desk along with chair, lockers, and sockets
- Bedroom; 6-8 bunk beds, complete with wardrobes
- Pantry; sink, dispenser, as well as eating and drinking equipment
- Shoe cabinets
- Laundry room; toiletries storage rack
- Wifi
- Bathroom and toilet
- Character building officer
